Detailed Description:

Frame

  It is the foundation of coiler. It is welded by steel plate and required bent steel plate. It is welded to box type on the base of the bottom. Machine main board is based on the installation of main axis and horizontal capstan.

 

Horizontal capstan

  Φ600m material is ZG45 cast steel, through quenching and tempering treatment after rough lathing. There's no pore and trachoma and other casting defect. The capstan is composed of inner and outer capstan. Inner capstan is supported on the spindle by bearing. Outer capstan inlays on the matching ring of inner capstan which is fixed by seal circle and bolts, make the inside part form an inclosed cooling water jacket.

  Outer capstan working surface thermal sprays tungsten nickel-based alloy powder, melt into denser hardened coating layer. Coating height 300mm, depth more than 0.5mm, HRC58-62.

 

Drawing die box and water-cooling system

  Theory: The principal axis and the flyer are cooperated still. The die box can be adjustable is fitted on the flyer. Because of the water inlet and output holes, it can realize the water cooling in the die box by the soft pipe and joints. At the other side of the principal axis there is a mechanical sealed packet, which could push the water from outside into the principal axis and then send the cooling water from inside to outside again. It is this process that achieves the water circulation between the capstans on the take-up machine and dies box.
