Structure description and control system
the mechanical part
1. Design the wire drawing machine frame into the sturdy welded box form,
all the raw material (such as steel plate, H-section steel, angle steel,
etc. Surface corrosion depth <= 0.3mm. Machine base,countertop and
vertical panel usethick hot rolled plate cavity, inside of them are fixed
by the thick steel plate with reinforcement ribs. Steel
plate and profile surface do the rust treatment, eliminate internal stress
after welded,then mechanical processing, ensure the frame stability and
rigidity, meet the high-speed drawing requirements, ensure that the
equipment will not vibration under the high-speed drawing or heavy loading.
The inlet, outlet drainage pipe, cables are installed in the internal rack
of the machine.
2. The drum material is made of steel plate, surface surfacing + spray welding treatment, spray welding height 80mm, hardness HRC≥60°, surface roughness ≤0.8 micron, service life ≥5 years, free replacement if there is a problem within three years.
3. The inside of the drum adopts narrow slit water cooling, and the outside adopts ring groove high pressure air cooling.
4. The mould box adopts flow water cooling with dustproof cover, and the powder bucket is equipped with dustproof cover. The tail is the well - shaped roller. Quick hose joints are used for mounting and launching. The die box can be adjusted in two dimensions of azimuth and pitch and can be fixed firmly. The tuning arm adopts pneumatic adjustment of tension; The line press roller is installed in each pass. The mould box is installed with automatic mixing and drawing powder device (control mixing for intermittent work), using 380V motor, mixing motor and protective plate. The first mould box is a large mould box, which is equipped with a powder pressing device and a stirring device.
5. The surface hardness of all rollers and rollers shall not be lower than HRC55, and the service life is guaranteed for 1 year.
6. Each machine operation panel is equipped with a pressure regulating valve for tuning air pressure. Two ball valves, respectively for die box cooling and drum cooling;
7. Drive system adopts servo permanent magnet motor direct drive, free replacement within 3 years if there is a problem.
8. Each wire drawing tank is provided with a protective cover, observation window, and a safety switch; Rotating parts are installed with protective devices;
9. The main machine is equipped with a set of tension mechanism. Pneumatic tension adjustment, and equipped with pressure regulating valve and rotary switch.

electrical part
1. Control mode: AC frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC industrial control + color touch screen;
2. French imported high-precision non-contact displacement sensor (Schneider);
3. The controller adopts Shenzhen V&T series products, and the electric control cabinet does sealing treatment and cooling system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. PLC adopts Siemens S7-1200 series, touch screen selects Siemens KTP700;
5. The main operation display functions of the main console are: power on, power off, machine start, machine stop, speed up, meter counting, length setting, speed setting, full length indication and reset, frequency converter fault indication and reset, fault inquiry, operation status, emergency shutdown, etc. The touch screen has the servo motor water temperature. If the servo motor water temperature is too high or the whole machine fails to stop, the fault cannot be eliminated or reset. The touch screen has the function of calculating output by team.
6. The running condition can be inquired or set: power, current, each pass compression rate, line speed, etc.
7. Some main control parameters can be modified and set through the touch screen;
8. Low-voltage electrical appliances use domestic high quality products (the main line switch with zhengtai) or high quality domestic brands
(Chint, etc.), the quality and performance should be guaranteed;
9. The motor selects Suzhou Drane servo permanent magnet AC motor;
10. After the whole machine starts, the equipment runs at a low speed, and the equipment runs at a given speed after speeding up.
11. When the protective cover is opened, the equipment operates at a low speed;
12. Inching working speed can be set according to the requirements of the buyer;
